I can not Lead if I am not at the top

This is a myth. Many thinks that they cannot lead if they don't have the position or if they don't have the title or if they are not in the top in an organization.

Having a title or a position in an organization does not make anyone a leader. According to the book of Zig Ziglar on The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, which is the law of Influence says it rightly that, "the true measure of leadership is inflluence. Nothing more, nothing less."

Genuine leadership has little to do with position or title.

In the Bible about Jethro and Moses in Exodus 18:13-26 --

Jethro -- the Father of Moses who has no title or position, saw Moses do all the work for more than a million people.

Even though Jethro has no position or title, he was able to influence Moses. Because Moses listened to the counsel of Jethro, he became an effective leader. Because of that, Moses became a man of prayer (v.19), communicated the vision (v.20), developed an action plan (v.20), trained and selected leaders according to their gifts (v.21), released them to do the work (v.22),  and he did only what they could not do (v.22).
